Service Description

Breath and Movement are the mechanics of the human experience. We’ll integrate with breathwork and then sync the breath into our movement. You’ll be invited into a fire building vinyasa sequence that cultivates balance, flexibility, strength and curiosity. Let's push our physical edge as we flow and breathe together to grounding rhythms and beats. All levels class with layered options for all practitioners. Gabriel weaves sound into the vinyasa practice by live mixing tribal drum beats that build with the flow. Our practice will be concluded with a sound bath savasanna.
