His sound journeys and guided meditations are curated to assist with your quest for personal peace. Allow yourself to be enveloped in soothing sounds aimed at tuning your nervous system. This orchestration of singing bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, and overtone singing has been reviewed to help reduce stress, anxiety, encourage better sleep and personal wellness.
