Service Description

Gabriel will guide you through a healing restorative practice while serenading you with mantra and harmonium. He’ll share stories of yoga and sing bhajans as you deepen into the postures. We’ll end the practice with a sound bath savasanna, featuring overtone singing, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments.
