Service Description
The end of summer means a build up of excessive heat, or pitta, in the body and mind. This hatha/yin inspired class will incorporate Ayurvedic concepts for balancing the doshas, specifically pitta. This all-levels class will leave you feeling energized yet relaxed, cool and calm, and ready to take on the end of summer transition to the Vata or dry time of autumn.
