Quiet your mind, engage your body, and be deeply nourished in this immersive 2-night, 3-day retreat (June 13-15, 2025) that includes yoga, meditation, breathwork, kirtan, sacred sound, intuitive healing, locally sourced organic food, nature, and so much more!

The retreat will take place in Trout Lake, WA at the beautiful Trout Lake Abbey, a Buddhist retreat center and organic farm, located on a 23 acre sanctuary with a stunning view of Mt Adams. The Abbey's mission is to support the well-being of all living things and provides a home for people of all beliefs to find peace. 

 

Accommodations: The Trout Lake Abbey is the ideal location for a peaceful getaway with a variety of lodging options to choose from. Stay in one of their Bed & Breakfast suites, or bunk rooms. Stay solo in a buddhist meditation hut, share a cabin with friends, or you bring your own tent, van or small RV.

Don’t miss the chance to visit the Columbia River Gorge, a national scenic area renowned for its world-class windsurfing, hiking, mountain biking, wineries, breweries, and more!
