Mo Lang
TYF Leadership Advisor
Mo has dedicated the last twenty years to helping organizations leverage their best and most critical asset - their people. As a certified brain based coach, Mo specializes in the neuroscience of habit and behavior formation. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and earned her degree from George Washington University.

Hayes Swinney
TYF Non Profit Partner​
Her experience as an outdoor educator and restoration crew member, led her to a career in land management and ecological restoration in Seattle for 17 years. Now Hayes is the Executive Director of Mountain Roots Education and spends much of her time educating the community or getting her hands dirty in the garden with local children.

Chelsea Carson
TYF Conservation, Community, and Nonprofit Consultant
Chelsea uses her background in quantitative and qualitative research, program management, and community outreach to design and implement targeted solutions that benefit local communities. Holding a variety of positions with nonprofits and political campaigns over the years, she enjoys complex project management, strategic planning, and partnership building.

Cole Pritchett
TYF Consultant
Cole received his law degree from University of Pennsylvania and holds a Certificate of Management from the Wharton School. He enjoys the winters in Teton Valley and volunteers locally to facilitate community.
